We require you to upload a single valid identity document to complete KYC verification on rphoki. Accepted documents are your national ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. The document must be current (not expired) and show your full name, date of birth, and signature clearly. Upload a clear, full-face photo of the document and a selfie matching your appearance. Verification typically completes within one business day. If your document is rejected, we will notify you of the reason and allow you to upload a different document.
To reset your password, visit the rphoki password reset page. Enter your registered username or email address and follow the link. We will send a password-reset code to your email address. Enter the code on rphoki and create a new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. If you do not receive a reset code, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Payments and transactions
Withdrawal requests on rphoki are reviewed subject to verification windows. Once you submit a withdrawal request, we review it for compliance and fraud prevention. The review window depends on your account history, the amount, and the payment method. Most withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within a standard window; first-time withdrawals or large amounts may require additional review. Check your payment method's transaction status if a deposit does not appear in your rphoki account within the expected timeframe.
If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, first check your payment method (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank account) to confirm the transaction status. If money was deducted but did not reach your rphoki account, contact your payment provider to verify the transfer.
